I didn’t have any paper bags but I recycled some old walmart plastic bags and it worked great! I now have to do this to all of my friends hair, they ,apparently, demand it.

This is great because I have a faulty straightener and straightish-wavy hair. Um.. “Flat” waves if that’s possible. My straightener doesn’t sraighten or curl! It’s a Wahl Switch it. Very useful tips!

this really does work i use to work in a beauty parlor while in high school in the 80’s and my boss told me thats the best way to get good curls. but to add to that u can wrap your hair lightly and youve got a great hair and style and not tight curls

What a clever idea. You can still recycle the strips afterwards too! Shame you would need about a hundered bags to do my air though lol!
